Indeed there are, but the second one was condemned some time ago. Why spend money on repairing in it when there is a perfectly serviceable lock alongside? You can manage a network for quite a long time with insufficient maintenance whilst only suffering minor hiccups in service provision. The problem is that you are approaching a cliff edge in terms of reliability, where things suddenly start failing faster than you have time or the resources to repair them.
