To answer your question without "breaking the rules" Try taking a salary guide for 
your area - eg monster.com - and
multiplying the salary per hour by your overhead factor - say 2 to 4 - to get an 
hourly rate. Overhead depends on
how much downtime you have, your office rent, advertising etc...
