Yeah .. but AOL also just lost a similar suit in Germany when it was decided
that it was AOL's fault that their users traded copyrighted material (MP3s)
... or at least AOL was responsible because their users used their service to
do it. Go figure.

lawsuit by saying that like a phone company
| they just transmit the content, not provide it or censor it? So why can't
