This is, of course, making the big assumption that women do this to get
money benefits.
I've no doubt that some do, but there are also others that do not.
If the system were not in place, many children would die, or end up homeless
on the street.
Would you like America to have a generation of street urchins like some
places such as Brazil, Colombia etc.?

If that's cold, then I guess I'm cold. Maybe starkly realistic would be a
better term. No matter how much of the taxpayer money you throw at this
problem, it's not going away until the incentives attached to it go away.
