When do you have an obligation? Pretend it's the 40s. If you don't feel an
obligation to help children who are dying because of social/economic
reasons, what about a tyrant who activitely kills them? Is that any
different? Yes, I'm talking about Hitler and yes, that's extreme, but so is
your statement that you have no obligation to your fellow man. When do you
step in? Would you have done so during World War II?

I guess my point is that things aren't so cut and dry. To be honest, I
certainly _don't_ have all the answers.
