I heard several peopel mention teh need for a strong third party. What do you think it will take to get a viable thrid party into play?
I feel most people support the idea, but fear throwing their vote away on someone who doesn't have a chance. But I am very impressed with the voters. Long lines out onto the street even before opening hours is an impressive accomplishment for any democracy nowadays. The enthousiasm people are showing to vote is something that reminds me of the first elections in South Africa where black people were allowed to vote.
