Hah! You right-wing nutballs with your.... um... incredibly delicious pizzas...
Just kidding Sam :) What do you put in your dough for your seafood pizzas? I made something very similar to your Ciopino Pizza a while back (almost like Pizza Etoufee), and rolled in some freshly crushed white peppercorns and garlic that I'd sauteed in safflower oil with a little bit of saffron. It gave the dough a very neat color, and tasted terrific. - Jim Sam wrote: >Ciopino pizza >cook up some garlic, white wine, oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, >crushed red pepper and add your red sauce. >shrimp, scallops, lobster tail, crab, clams, mussels or any combination of. >Either do a large dice of the seafood and cook on pizza or pre cook it. > >Northern Italian pizza >chicken, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, peppers, artichoke hearts, green >olives, capers and rubbed sage > >Pizza Pomadora with shrimp >garlic tomato chunks fresh basil and slices of shrimp > > > >On Thu, 3 Feb 2005 09:08:52 -0500, Tony Weeg wrote: > > >>hi there. >> >>my wife and i are throwing our third annual super bowl party >>@ our new house, and we need ideas for gourmet pizza's >> >>we are getting like 10 or so medium dough balls from our local >>pizza place, and then asking our friends to bring the ingredients >>etc... >> >>whats your favorite gourmet pizza, any good ideas? >> >>thanks! >> >>-- >>tony >> >>Tony Weeg >> >> > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:146119 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
