Yep....remove the 20 or 30 other kids who are behaving just fine, disrupt their education, move them around, all to accomodate this one little brat who's parents have passed off their discipline problem on the teachers.
I feel for the child, but I'm always bothered by the outrage people show over the treatment of a child who's acting in this way. Where's the outrage at the parents? Where's the sympathy for the other children who have to witness this? I don't care if the teachers thought calling the cops and handcuffing this kid was the quickest and easiest way to remove this child from the classroom. All blame falls on the parents. 100%. I refuse to try and blame a teacher who's reacting as best he/she can to a situation they are not trained to deal with. In this day and age, where parents throw a fit if a teacher so much as raises his/her voice at their precious little angels, it doesn't suprise me at all that the teacher was too afraid to discipline the child. > This just seems excessive.
