Yeah, I have to disagree too, both because of what I've been told and
also because of my experience.  I'm the biggest today that I've ever
been and can lift more than I ever was able to.

Back in HS I played football and worked out all of the time - and I
was constantly sore.  Now I haven't been sore in years and I can bench
more than I've ever been able to (which isn't much!)
