Sam, you shoulda quit while you were behind. LOL

First off, the burn is no growth/strength gain indicator! Secondly the more
muscle you have, the more fat you'll burn. Jared the subway guy didn't lose
fat... he lost lean body mass.. now he is a skinnt fat guy. :-)
