There may not be a crime. Only time will tell. I think the problem is
that there is an appearance of a cover-up or spin to protect one of the
President's most valued advisers. It doesn't have to be real,
appearance is more important than reality to most people.

I would be much less concerned had the truth come out two years ago
rather than being held until after the re-election of Bush. I am just
as interested in learning how far up the ladder this goes as I am in
learning exactly what Rove and others said and when. I doubt we will
ever get straight answers.

Guilty of a crime or not, Rove should resign for embarrassing (possibly
lying) to the administration. He would then be picked up by some
private firm making 3 times the money he is now and he would take some
of the heat off of Bush.

But I am content to wait for all the facts and let the system do its
thing.

I am concerned about the outing of our operatives and will find it
extremely disturbing if the allegations against Rove and the
administration are true.
