Have been using this for years. It's a little cumbersome at times and
the food breakdowns/descriptions are often way off for meat and such
(from a caloric standpoint) but it gets close enough (within a couple
hundred calories per day). If you are going for a specific caloric
defecit though, best to write everything down in a spreadsheet and keep
it in your pocket.
