Hello, Let's take this hypothetical situation. I'm starting a new company with one other person, a web development company. I'm a web developer and the other person is a General Manager.
We're going to hire about 2 programmers, and 2 designers to start with, have offices, cars, salaries etc. the works, a full and proper company. We've reached the point of apportioning shares to each partner. Is it fair, because it is a web development company and I'm the web developer, to give myself 80% of the shares? Without me there would be no company, and it's my work as web developer that's going into the company in the first place, and our first large job we got because of me. So...what do you all think? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:177135 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
