You liberals don't get it, do you? The federal gov't can't fix local problems because they're local. The absolute last thing we need is some in Washington DC telling a Montana school district what's best for them. At most, the fed gov't should apply a carrot and stick approach, but it SHOULD NOT be making state policies. For example, the feds can use funding, vouchers, etc to force policy or they can change standards or they can use engage business to change college admissions, etc. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Purchase Studio MX from House of Fusion, a Macromedia Authorized Affiliate and support the CF community. http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=50 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:177484 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
