Yeah, that is pretty crappy now, we didn't have those problems in any of
my classes. In high school if a student was disruptive they were told to
leave the class, and police officers patrolled the hallway, if a student
was in the hall without a pass they were taken to the principles office.

Most teachers didn't tolerate it, and in general the classes I was in
were taken by student that were more interested in learning so
discipline was rarely a problem to begin with.
