Well last week was a bomb. Because of some personal issues and being sick I had to take too many days off.
Jan 30: 4 miles running / .75 walking Jan 31: 4 miles / 1 walking Feb 1: 1 mile / .5 walking Feb 2: off Feb 3: off Feb 4: 2 miles / 1 walking Feb 5: 2 miles / 1 walking Total of 96lbs lost since August 05. Been cutting back on the walking for a bit. Want to see what kind of difference it makes to my run. I may take today off - not sure yet, see how I feel when noon rolls around. If I don't I'll do 3 today. I only went 2 miles over the weekend days because of not feeling too well and time constraints. Cheers, Erika P.S. Yay Steelers!!!
