Again, if they are following a practice that is deemed illegal by the US 
government, then they have to comply with US government rules if they are 
doing business with the US government. As for proving that they are 
following the boycott, it's a documented fact in the article due to direct 
interview. When you say it has not been proven, are you saying that the 
quoted interview was false?
