If you re-read my message you will see that I was saying that it's not
been proven that a US law has been broken.  Unless, of course, that
article was written by a judge currently sitting on the US Supreme
Court who is in the majority decision on this issue.

A foreign company following a Trade Embargo in a foreign country is
not inherently against US law.
