I think the award for posturing here belongs to Iran, which has been leading the Europeans around by the nose for three years of worthless negotiations while they have been building the components of a nuclear weapon.
As for the perception of the threat posed by a nuclear Iran, you can bet that the U.S. isn't the only government seriously worried about the danger posed by a nuclear-armed, messianc theocracy in the Middle East. Iran doesn't have missiles that can hit the U.S. (yet), but they have missiles that can hit Europe, Russia, and Israel. >The US Ambassador to the UN has begun describing a unilateral, >unsanctioned,Nuclear attack on a sovereign country which the US >*perceives* to be a threat. > >Just as Iraq was a clear and present danger to the US in 2003, hence >the reason for the 'preemptive' attack. > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:199624 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
