Then either the UN stands up and does what it's supposed to do or shows itself to be a shell with no balls or power and the world gets ready for nuclear war. Do you really think a nuclear Iran will stop at just getting the bomb? No. they'll either use it, threaten to use it, give it away or some other action that is unacceptable. Better to stop them now using the 'rules' than to have the world go to hell later.
The problem with the article is that is misses the point that it's not just America that perceives Iran as a threat. Most of the western world does as well. Bolton is just the only one who's saying that this very rogue country might have to be stopped by arms. Lets look at the fact that even the French are at their wits end with Iran and they bend over backwards for everyone. This is turning into brokeback diplomacy. Iran calling.
