It ain't just California and Arizona, its every state in the US. Kentucky has a very high illegal population. The horse and tobacco farms are a major draw. Also any areas with increasing home construction.
I wouldn't be so annoyed with this if taxes were being taken out. But they aren't. I think the felony should be tax evasion.
