Oh, I think there should be better enforcement, and probably a better law too. 
I just think that expecting the police to arrest them is both naive and wrong, 
and that the proposals to make the motor vehicle administration responsible for 
screening IDs are extremely misguided. 

It seems that immigrants are necessary in our economy, therefore immigration 
should be permitted and denied in a rational manner. And when denied, the 
denial should be enforced.
