Which gets back to how stupid this law is. Law divorced from practicality is just fantasy (like the "war on drugs"). But there's a larger issue than Mexicans. We're turning down top scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and a whole creative class. I'm not sure, but isn't one of the Google guys an immigrant? What happens when companies like google are created in, say, Russia because the US has made too tough to immigrate to?
