Counts on the writers interpretation of Lobo. He started out as just a strong, fast bad guy who's blood would form into another lobo. Over time his strength level was increased to Superman level. He was also given a 'weakness' sense that told him the best place to strike someone. He's now in the form of a kid. His power level has gone up and down more than (put your favorite line here).
