The provision for Habeas corpus review in Sec. 412, is specifically limited to that section:
quote: (c) STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION- The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any other provision of this Act.'. Sec 412 deals specifically with Terrorist Aliens. There is no provision for habeas corpus for citizens detained under the Patriot Act that I have been able to locate. I would be most relieved if it exists and you can provide it.
