My G-Mother-in-law also has it.  One day they were being seated at a
restaurant and, on the way to their seats, they passed an extremely
obese gentleman.  Apparently G-mother stopped, turned his way, and
said, "Booooo.  Boo.   Booooooo."  (as in audience booing not Ghost
booing)

Of course she would be mortified if she realized she was doing
anything undignified as she's a VERY prim Norwegian woman.

But the concept of booing someone you don't approve of is kind of compelling.
