Sam, you summed it up right nice. On one of your points, I happen to be one of those people who thought that leaving Saddam in place would have been a better option. I think he was a stabilizing force for the region as I'd rather there be a local enemy than a foreign enemy. Also, if he kills 500,000 of his own people, that's less people gunning for me.
