The caste comment was based more on the fact that the government of India isn't anything to be held up as an example for anything good. The huge amount of sectarian violence shows that they failed at peaceful coexistence with the Muslims, and the caste system, and the murders and rapes and thefts that occur because of it illustrate yet another point why India isn't a good example of anything positive. Two unrelated issues that both back up the fact that India isn't this great place, all I'm saying.
