Show me where the Bush doctrine says bow to us or we'll kill you. That's 
what Iran's been saying in word and deed. I don't see us funding terrorists 
who kill innocents to get a message across. That alone is enough of a 
difference.
My point was that these are the people Soros wants us to negotiate with. The 
people we've been trying to negotiate with for years and have been lied to 
time and again. Even today, they've shown that all the negotiations of the 
past are meaningless.

So the question was who are we negotiating with and what are their goals. 
What basis do we have for negotiations? They've said it bluntly and I have 
not seen Bush say it that way or even close.
