"Evidence of God"

One day a scientist was appointed by a world council of scientists to go and
tell God that the world didn't need Him anymore.
Scientist - God, we have decided that we don't need you anymore. Please go
away.
God - I think you still need me.
Scientist - What for? We have bio-engineered food, we are able to clone
humans and other animals. There is nothing we can't do.
God - I think you still need me.....Tell you what, let's have a competition.
Me against your best team of scientists.
Scientist - Okay.
God - Here's the challenge. To create a man. Simple stuff really. First one
to do it wins. If I win, you acknowledge me to the rest of the world. If I
lose, I will go away.
Scientist - Okay. Great let's get started, I 'll get together my cloning
specialists...
God - No. We're going to do this the old fashioned way, from a handful of
dirt.
* The scientist bends down to grab some dirt *
God - Nuh uh. Get your own dirt.

Silly perhaps but it makes you think a little. Are we here by pure chance?
If so then why do we strive so to have an organized life and a purpose? Why
not simply leave our entire lives to chance?

Are you, in fact, looking for evidence that God exists? Or perhaps you are
hoping for a lack of evidence so that you can safely assume that God doesn't
exist. If you are truly looking for evidence then simply look around you at
everything that exists, including yourself, and you will see that God
exists.

Scientists have not created anything, they have simply discovered.
Discovering means finding what was already there. Who do you think put it
there? Perhaps you might investigate this book:

But your evidence will come when you truly listen to your heart and you hear
that there is in fact a purpose for you and it is God appointed.

Truly,
Guy McDowell
