I know you haven't!! Sorry if I wasnt' clear!! > > I have also said that I believe there is evidence pointing toward the > existence of God, but that you cannot arrive at the final conclusion without > some degree of faith (either for or against). This is the statement I am talking about - I guess I would like to be able to discuss what you would consider evidence that there is a God. But if you dont' want to thats fine - I am just not sure I see any evidence that there is a God, per say. > Again, my primary question, however, is this: Is it irrational or rational > to say, "It is a fact that God does not exist"? Fact is another word that might be bad in this particular instance. Is it a fact that the sky is blue? Maybe not. Fact is something I personally reserve for things that are absolutely proven. God existance or non-existance certainly isn't that cut and dry. I personally said that its possible the loch ness monster exists despite the fact that we have no evidence. Same with god - its possible, i certainly dont' deem to know as a matter of fact whether there is or isnt' a God but by my definition of fact, no human does. ______________________________________________________________________ This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
