Well I looked up the trademark laws they cited as well as ICANN's cyber squatting laws, and it does appear that they have something. Since I do not plan on doing anything with the domain, and since it cost me hardly anything to buy the domain, I will probably go ahead and sign it over to them and avoid any potential litigation. I can't afford a lawyer and I don't have the time for this idiocy anyway. Thanks for all the advice though. I was just curious as to what you all had to say on this matter.

Since Bruce and GoDaddy have a contract and Baylor is trying to sever that contract through what can be argued as a false claim - that Baylor should own the domain due to "confusion" - I would argue it is indeed tortious interference. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:248782 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
