ah, sorry. no "nesses" of which to speak. that's one of the things
that i find amazing about this. i'm not hungry. mentally i want
food... but it's an "i want" so much more than an "i need".

yesterday i didn't drink as much of the lemonade as i should have, and
we took the kids to the zoo. i did feel a but run down and cranky.
but that's entirely my fault. when i do drink the lemonade regularly
(i mix up a big batch in the morning and take it with me), i feel
fine.

some people, from what i've read, report that they do feel dizzy or
sick on days 2 and/or 3, but then by day 4 they feel great. so many
attribute it to the detox process. stirring up all the toxins and
whatnot. personally, except for the emotional withdrawal symptoms of
wanting to eat food, i've felt fine.

significance of short-person behaviour in pedal depressed,
pan-chromatic resonance, and other highly ambient domains. "Arf," she
