We have a nutrionist that boss pays for that comes in and meets with us for
a hour or so every wednesday. We have a group meeting and talk about things.

I mostly just listen and take things in so i can make an educated decision
that i feel is best for me. Boss wants us all to live more healthy lives.
For my own part i don't use sugar or caffeine have only drank water for a
few years now.
I'll occasionally have a soda if i have to but thats once every 6 months or
so. I'll never give up the booze becuase its part of my Irish heritage. Even
then i don't drink too much .

Been studying Kirlian photography with the guy at the office who does all
the kirlian images for david wolfe and a few others.
