I have to say -- I had to give up sodas a while back when I was taking medication that dehydrates you (that and coffee) and it was bit tough, but once I was off the stuff, I never went back. I did gleefully recommence drinking coffee once I got the go-ahead, but I figure I am entitled to some vices, and I don't have blood pressure problems, so...
My concern with this diet would be electrolyte balance but I suppose the lemonade stuff is supposed to take care of that?
