Yeah - I have to make a serious trip to the grocery store to fill my
fridge up.  Today's pretty much a lost cause since I didn't prepare
for the meal plan this weekend like I should have.

The mile time's not terrible, but I still came in close to last in the
group of people.  I'm sure I can improve all the numbers by the end
substantially - I'm not really in the worst shape of my life as far as
weight goes, I just have no cardio fitness and haven't worked out in a
long time.

....and the 6AM thing is going to totally destroy me.
