It's absolutely amazing how your body reacts AFTER you've cut the crap out
of it for months. I was never a sweets craver to begin with, but when I have
something that is processed or we eat out and it's too rich, I feel like I'm
going to blow up and die afterwards.

Just give me some natural, whole grains, veggies and meats without all the
crap.
