So is the benefit though.  Think of medical testing;  the cost is easy
to "calculate".  I'm sure you've had blood tests.  Any of them ever
come back horrible?  Then why'd you get them?  You must have assigned

you think it's worth?

What's it going to cost to bail out Fannie and Freddie?  What did it
cost to bail out Bear?  What did the stimulus package cost?  What do
the tax cuts cost?

You yourself purchase all kinds of "regulation"; be it blood tests,
gym equipment, blood tests, healthcare, get TB shots, et al.

Why?  When the costs are so hard to calculate?  What did you calculate
the ROI of your meningitis shot as?
