In typical CF-Community fashion This conversation has become
ridiculous enough and far away enough from the subject it started out
as that I think I'm gonna drop this thread.  I have a deadline - I
should be doing work.

SOX has cause companies to go public, and to move offshore.  I'll let
others continue to debate the usefulness of blood tests and the FAA.
Which, to my knowledge haven't caused any company to move overseas or
go private.
