From my experience: The first two weeks of any weight loss/exercise program will suck, once you're past that it becomes habit (albeit a habit that's easily broken) See a doctor first just to make sure that there's nothing that's gonna pop up (shut up) when you start exerting yourself.
Fitness classes (cardio kickboxing etc.) can be great if that's the type of setting that will motivate you.... ....Little steps...
