Possibly fortunately, I am a diabetic, so my food intake is already
pretty controlled.

Very controlled portions, at almost exactly the same time every day, 3
times a day. The portions will be cut a little, and I will move more
carbs from grains to fruits/veggies, but not much change there.

And a small snack at 3:00pm and 10:00pm. (crackers, grapes, pb, etc
occasionally couple times a month, part of a candy bar)

It is the exercise I have been completely lacking in the past 2 months
(hence the 14 pound weight gain). Went from about 50 miles per week
walking/exercise bike to 0.

I have Body For Life. Love it. Used it when I went from 280 to 220.
