my best advice i can give you.

start by trimming your portions in 1/2 or so.
you will feel hungry, but it will wane... add small
exercise to start, and then gradually ramp that up.

your intake of calories will need to increase once you
get into harder core work outs, but you can sustain on
1/2 portions VERY easily... and it works...

obviously all the normal shit, like no sugar extras, etc
are there, but thats all common sense stuff, no triple
cheeseburger pared down to a 1.5 cheeseburger... you
know what i mean.

it will work, its basically the concept of the lap band
by controlling the intake, vs limiting the intake with the
smaller stomache pouch.
