Body For Life sounds pretty good; basically a "light" version of what
I posted and probably a great daily type thing.

As for the shakes, I'll have myoplex if nothing else is avail, but I
usually make my own which I'm not drinking for flavor so here's my
basic recipe:

* green/white tea (I make 3 gallons every 2 weeks with 1 big box of CS
green and 1 small box of CS white in each gallon)

* 1/2 cup pumpkin

* fresh ground flax

* Superfood!

* walnut oil

* BCAAs

* 1 scoop casein, 1/2 scoop soy

* Benefiber

I've got a giant beer mug that I use with an immersion blender to make
it easy. I've found that if I use chocolate protein powder, the
combination of that, the superfood, and the walnut oil makes it pretty
tasty. Although I usually just chug it.

It's great to do with guests. They freak out.

I've also mastered swallowing 8 fish pills at the same time. You just
toss 'em in, drink a mouthful of tea and then swallow. Easy!

BTW - the shake above will keep me full from 7 until 12, although I
try to eat almonds at least once in there ... before the next shake!
