OK, once again. I am not for shutting down welfare. I am for welfare reform so that
1. Families will not/cannot be on welfare from generation to generation. 2. Abuses will be fewer and further between (and more difficult). Also, as I said, I am not basing this on one or two occurances, I am basing this on seeing hundreds (if not thousands) of welfare families over a 14 year career as a paramedic.
