That wouldn't be in that specific Redbridge community that I spoke of... but it can still be had. A co-worker bought a 3600 sq foot house on an 11k sq foot lot about 8 months ago for $480k. That same house would probably be closer to $420k today. Trust me, I'd rather be closer to the bay area than further away... but I'm essentially starting from zero here. -- I have failed as much as I have succeeded. But I love my life. I love my wife.
