Our HOA is not bad. In 5 yearsm we have had no issues. Last spring we
wanted to put of a fence. The cobenants state that you can't buld anyting
within 25 feet of property line if that property line is against the golf
course (I live off the 4th fairway), unless you get a variance. When we
submitted the paperwotk to HOA, they filed for the variance with teh golf
course, and arranged for the golf course to review the plans and stop by the
hosue to get an idea of what teh fence woudl be like. I thought that was
kind of cool.
