I have become more and more impatient and angry with Comcast's lack of quality when it comes to their UI on their DVRs. Seriously, who designed this piece of shit? Things that we have become so accustomed to in the web world as far as layout and functionality goes seem to be lost on whoever designed this crappy software. Man, they make enough money, why don't they upgrade this thing by hiring a professional UI team to rethink the whole system?
They really should take a page out of the Mac playbook and give the people something that would give them the one-up on their competition...USABILITY! I have used DirecTV's DVR before, and it is light years from the crap that Comcast stuck on us.
