Yup, and I'm in complete agreement!  The fact that the system cannot
be programed to record "only new" shows (like DTV's), it's
inflexibility to record a show on "any channel at any time" are
frustrating.  Their concept of a "navigation system" would get a
person walking across the street!

That said, there are features that Time Warner offers that I really
like.  The abundance of "On Demand" programming, the ability to "Start
Over" on some shows, the glut of HD channels and caller ID on the
screen make up for the UI's problems to a small degree.  The cost
difference makes up for the res
