Glad I'm not the only one. There isn't too much that I would keep (and TW sounds like it is the same as Comcast, more or less). I would start at the very beginning and redo the whole thing. I don't have the answers as to what exactly I would change, but then again, I am not a UI guru. I just know what works and doesn't work when I am presented it.
As a side, note, I put this into a blog post, and within one hour, I got a response from Comcast Customer Service in my comments section: "Thanks for the feedback. We are currently making improvements on our DVR. I will share your feedback to the appropriate department. Hopefully, you will the improvements soon." Thanks! Mark Casem Comcast Corp. National Customer Operations [email protected] I'm not sure what this means, it is very vague, but I had to laugh. This was my second rant against them, and the second time I was contacted by some agent of theirs. At least they are keeping an eye on what is being said about them!
