I actually got Expedia to cancel a flight for me once. I don't
remember the circumstances. But, I know that it was something screwy,
and I escalated it up to the manager and they gave me a "one time
courtesy service" and canceled it for me. That was a number of years
ago, though - so who knows what would happen now.
